The Yale SEAS Graduate Engineering Community Organization (GECO) was established in 2021 with the support of the SEAS Dean’s Office in response to departmental diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) action plans calling for increased community building and inclusion efforts for SEAS graduate students.
